Code of Conduct & Participant Agreement
At Boots Travel we are committed to delivering thoughtfully curated travel experiences rooted in respect, safety, and community. To ensure a positive environment for all participants, every traveler is required to review and agree to the following Code of Conduct.
By submitting payment and/or participating in any trip, tour, or event organized by Boots Travel, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
1. Respectful Conduct & Communication
All travelers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner toward:

Agency staff and representatives

Tour guides, drivers, and vendors

Hotel and venue personnel
-
Fellow travelers

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind

Verbal abuse, aggressive conduct, or threatening language

Bullying or repeated disruptive negativity
-
Disrespect toward local cultures, customs, or laws
​
All participants share responsibility for maintaining a positive group atmosphere.

2. Zero-Tolerance for Disruptive Behavior
To protect the integrity of the group experience, Boots Travel maintains a zero-tolerance policy for behavior that disrupts operations, compromises safety, or negatively impacts other travelers.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

Excessive intoxication or substance misuse affecting group safety or cohesion

Physical altercations or hostile confrontations

Refusal to follow reasonable instructions from agency staff or local partners

Repeated noncompliance with itinerary schedules
-
Any conduct that jeopardizes the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of others

The agency reserves sole discretion in determining whether conduct violates this policy.

3. Removal from Trip & Financial Responsibility
Boots Travel reserves the unconditional right to remove any traveler from a trip at any time if their behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or detrimental to the group experience.

If a traveler is removed:

The decision is final and not subject to dispute during the trip.

No refunds, credits, or reimbursements will be issued.

The traveler is solely responsible for all additional expenses incurred, including but not limited to transportation, lodging, meals, and change fees.

The agency assumes no responsibility for costs associated with early departure.

By booking, you expressly acknowledge and accept these terms.

4. Punctuality & Itinerary Compliance
Travel experiences operate on structured timelines to ensure smooth coordination with transportation providers, venues, and local partners.

Travelers agree to:

Arrive on time for all scheduled departures and activities.

Be present at designated meeting points at the stated time.
-
Understand that transportation (including motorcoach departures) will leave promptly as scheduled.

If a traveler fails to arrive on time, the group will proceed as planned. Any resulting costs to rejoin the group are the sole responsibility of the traveler.

5. Social Media, Photography & Media Use
We encourage travelers to document and share their experiences respectfully.

Travelers agree to:

Obtain consent before posting identifiable photos or videos of fellow travelers.

Refrain from posting content that is defamatory, misleading, or damaging to the agency, its partners, or other participants.

Avoid live-streaming private group discussions or protected itinerary details without permission.
​
The agency reserves the right to request removal of content that violates this policy or harms the brand, partners, or group participants.
​
6. Agency Authority & Group Experience Protection
All itineraries are curated experiences designed for collective enjoyment. While reasonable flexibility may occur due to operational or environmental factors, agency leadership maintains full authority over trip management decisions.

Boots Travel reserves the right to:

Modify itinerary details as necessary for safety or operational reasons.

Enforce behavioral standards.

Dismiss any traveler whose conduct compromises the safety, morale, or overall experience of the group.

This authority is exercised to protect all participants and ensure a cohesive and enjoyable travel environment.
​
7. Assumption of Responsibility
Travelers are responsible for:

Complying with all local laws and regulations.
-
Maintaining appropriate travel documentation.
-
Securing personal belongings.
-
Obtaining travel insurance where applicable.
